When I buy online, do I have to download
the purchased version, even though I already downloaded the trial
version?
No. The version available on the purchase page is identical to the trial version.
You only need to download it once. When selecting a product, select Unlock
Codes Only. This gives you the codes needed to unlock your trial version without
downloading any files. Enter this information into your trial version when
the HomeSeer application starts.
Does the CD version include any extra
files that are not available for download?
No. All the files on the CD are available
on the web site to download. All the files together add up to about
200MB, so the CD is helpful if you have a slow internet connection.
If I purchase the CD version, do I still
get the unlock codes when I complete the online purchase?
No. Your codes will be included with
the CD shipment.

Do I need a
new registration code if I install an update to your software?
No. You only need to enter the registration
key once. The key is good for all updates of the software.
