I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at HomeSeer for all the help and support with my newly purchased home automation system. From the selection of the various components, to the equipment set up, I could not have done it without them. I am new to home automation and have much to learn about all the possibilities.

I purchased my HomeTroller 3, three door locks, and three thermostats to monitor my vacation rental home over 1000 miles away. HomeSeer said my system came with 30 days free tech support. I never expected them to go to such lengths to help me. Mark from HomeSeer spent an immeasurable amount of time helping me get this system up and running. In spite of my not being too computer savvy, Mark helped me get through my obvious challenges. To be honest, the personal attention I recieved was well beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life. Thanks to HomeSeer, I can now see when my guests arrive, which door they entered, and if the thermostats have been adjusted from my initial settings.

Simply put, this system gives me piece of mind. I find myself looking forward to my next trip when I can add some new devices to the system. To anyone thinking of home automation, I would highly recommend HomeSeer and their staff.

"I have owned my Pro100 now for about 2 weeks and I cannot say enough about how great it is! I have owned many home automation controllers in the past and none of them come close. It is like someone took all of the best features of all the others and rolled into one powerful easy to use controller. I am not a programming professional nor am I an expert but, I have had no trouble in getting the Pro100 to do what I want. I can only imagine what I will be able to do when I read the directions! " I just purchased HomeSeer, after extensive research on the internet I found HomeSeer to be far more comprehensive and easier to use than any other X10 automation software on the internet. While I researched suitable software to automate my home with, I downloaded around 20 different X10 automation programs on the internet to test. Yours was the last I tested and also the very best. Last night I was blown away at how easy it was to set up. It took me 1 hour to have it speaking and also accepting voice commands, as well as interfacing with my existing security system. I defined logic and timed events with ease. The documentation was also excellent. I AM VERY IMPRESSED !!!!!"
