I would like to take this
opportunity to thank the staff at HomeSeer for all the help and
support with my newly purchased home automation system. From
the selection of the various components, to the equipment set up, I
could not have done it without them. I am new to home automation
and have much to learn about all the possibilities.
I purchased my HomeTroller 3, three door locks, and three thermostats
to monitor my vacation rental home over 1000 miles away. HomeSeer
said my system came with 30 days free tech support. I never
expected them to go to such lengths to help me. Mark from
HomeSeer spent
an immeasurable amount of time helping me get this system up
and running. In spite of my not being too computer savvy,
Mark helped
me get through my obvious challenges. To be honest, the personal
attention I recieved was well beyond anything I have ever experienced
in my life. Thanks to HomeSeer, I can now see when my guests
arrive, which door they entered, and if the thermostats have
been adjusted
from my initial settings.
Simply put, this system gives me piece of mind. I find myself
looking forward to my next trip when I can add some new devices
to the
system. To anyone thinking of home automation, I would highly
recommend HomeSeer and their staff.
