After much anticipation HomeSeer is proud to announce that our brand new Smart-Switch the WS300 has arrived and is ready for direct purchase. Although we encountered some difficulties in production that led to a small delay it resulted in us being able to improve the product. We want to thank our loyal customers for their patience as we polished and refined the product!

The reason for the latest delay:
At the long end of a R&D process we had a finalized product. However, upon receiving the initial batch of WS300’s we noticed that the LED on the product had a white balance issue, more or less to the effect of giving a pink tint to the illumination. We took a bit of time to assess the situation and troubleshoot. Through that process we were able to make adjustments to the firmware to rectify the issue, but by happy coincidence we were able to implement 3 new custom colors into the device, bringing the total up to 10 LED color configurations.
